Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re hiring a Junior Copywriter with a sharp eye for great ads. Your main job will be full-time ad research : finding, organizing, and breaking down top-performing Facebook ads across the market to support our creative team.

What You’ll Do :

  • Hunt for winning ads in Facebook Ad Library and spy tools.
  • Build swipe files and categorize by angle, hook, format, etc.
  • Analyze what makes top ads work and summarize insights for our team.
  • Support copywriters with basic copy tasks as needed.

Requirements :

  • Some copywriting experience or portfolio of ad samples.
  • Experience with Facebook Ad Library and / or spy tools (AdSpy, Minea etc.).
  • Obsessive attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Ambitious and eager to learn — we’ll train you to grow fast.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Direct response or DTC ad research experience.
  • Familiarity with top brands and ad trends in health, beauty, or info products.

    • Pay & Growth :

  • 1,500 / month starting.
  • Big growth potential if you deliver strong results.
