The ideal candidate has a strong HR background in the microfinance, banking, or lending sector, with the ability to drive people operations, compliance, and employee engagement aligned with the company's mission and values.

This role is based onsite in Pampanga.Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end HR operations : recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, training, performance management, and compliance.Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with labor laws and industry regulations.Work closely with business leaders to support manpower planning, organizational design, and workforce development.Manage and resolve employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and labor issues while maintaining confidentiality and fairness.Oversee the accurate maintenance of employee records, HRIS, and mandatory government compliance reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.
