Job Summary :
We are looking for a Refunds Specialist to efficiently process guest and travel agent refunds.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple refund queues and systems while ensuring accuracy in payment validation.
Key Responsibilities :
Process guest and travel agent refund requests accurately
Work through multiple refund and exception queues
Access and validate various systems to confirm payee, refund amounts, and payments
Ensure compliance with refund policies and procedures
Qualifications :
Education : Relevant background or experience in finance or customer service
Skills :
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in using multiple systems and software
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements :
Ability to work onsite during night shifts
