You will have a unique and important role in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.If you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.About the RoleThe Associate Director, AIA PH Academy, will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for development in the country, overseeing the Agency Premier Academy, supporting the five major zones in their training needs, and achieving the Premier Agency Vision.Premier Academy Strategy / Governance : Develop and enforce training policies aligned with the company's strategy.Create training roadmaps and platforms for advisors, leaders, and the ASG team.Collaborate with the CAO and Pillar Heads to design and deliver training for key sales pillars.Develop or import key training programs (GAMA / LIMRA and others) and conduct TTT sessions to develop Master Trainers.Coordinate with Zone Heads to meet regional training requirements.Define and execute training initiatives aligned with sales and training strategies.Ensure submission of high-level training reports to AIA, Local ExCo, and Zone Heads.Manage operating expense budgets following company guidelines.Work closely with GPA to adopt best training practices from other countries.Collaborate with Marketing on new product development, launch, and rollout.Coach and mentor direct reports to meet KPIs, upgrade competencies, and track career progression.Conduct quarterly performance reviews for the team.Training Design and DeliveryEnsure all training programs are designed and implemented based on established paths.Facilitate onboarding for new Premier Academy members, ensuring knowledge and skills acquisition within standards and timelines.Regularly upgrade the competencies of Premier Academy staff to meet performance standards.Deliver targeted training programs effectively to the right audiences.Update sales training, recruitment, and activation tools; maximize technology use (iMO, iPoS, portal).Deliver scheduled eLearning modules.Support the development of the ASG team through the Staff Development Training Roadmap.Quality AssuranceMonitor and evaluate training results, adjusting plans as needed.Validate skills through trainer and field staff visits and accreditation.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Build a career with us as we help our customers and community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this opportunity.
