Responsible for providing secretarial duties and administrative support to the department to ensure an effective and efficient flow of daily operations.
Oversees all aspects of general office coordination.
Monitors stock of office supplies.
Performs other job-related projects as may be assigned from time to time.
Receives and transmits documents.
Maintain accurate record-keeping system and ensure completeness of supporting documentation
Must be able to cooperate well with others, a team player.
Must be able to perform given tasks independently and efficiently.
Knowledgeable in Administrative Management and HR Task (End to end hiring, Mandatories, and other related jobs in admin and HR)
Has a Good and Pleasing Personality.
Graduate of business administration course or any 4-years related course.
With at least one to 2 years of work-related experience.

Willing to assign Dasmariñas Cavite.
Can start immediately.
