Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical equipment or healthcare
Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities :
- Physical coverage and saturation of assigned area hospitals and clinics by identifying opportunities for MRI, CT-scan, X-ray, Ultrasound, Hospital Informatics sales requirements.
- Deals closure in a timely manner by methodically following established sales processes.
- Identify target list of hospitals / clinics based on Himex target market.
- Clear report preparation per prescribed format with pertinent information indicated (closure timeline, customer considerations, competitors, decision-makers).
- Preparation of productive and cost-efficient schedules aligning with deal development.
- To thoroughly understand the specifications and product features as well as those of competitor for effective benchmarking.
- Establish reliable and lasting relationships with customers to ensure favoured positioning of Himex in sales deals.
- Meet the prescribed customer visitation quotas.
- Meet the prescribed number of presentation / demo quotas in a month.
- Build a sales pipeline with deal numbers meeting the prescribed targets of the company.
- Identify and cultivate Key-opinion leaders by way of effective clinical promotion.
- Undertake telephone marketing and other customer reaching sales initiatives to identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain diligent prospecting and customer visitation regime and check- in policy with sales CRM tools.
- Must stay organized with scheduling to conform with pipeline closure timelines.
- Strict adherence to company liquidation / reimbursement policy and ensuring submission of all pertinent receipts in a timely manner.
