1.Monitor and follow up pending requirements by Service Partners / DOP
Monitoring of Operations if SOP is being consistently followed
3.Service Partners / DOP branches visitation / inspection
4.Brand image of branches, brand awareness and employees behavior towards customers must be observed during branch visitation
Create a Viber or Dingtalk group with partners with all departments (1 Department,1 representative)
6.Evaluation and assessment for all partners quarterly
7.Coordinate closely with Finance Department for follow up purposes for collection,return of deposit, and VIP discrepancies.
Give target to Partner branches (Close coordination with RGM)
Assessment of reports to determine growth of partner branches.

11.Assist Service Partners Application, Renewal, Exit, and Account Activation.
