We are looking for a dedicated Support Engineer to ensure our customers' technical queries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. In this role, your duties will include assisting customers with application installations, resolving queries via desktop support solutions, and escalating serious issues to the software development team.
Responsibilities :
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers
- Assist with application installations and troubleshooting
- Resolve customer queries through desktop support tools
- Escalate critical issues to the software development team for resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Who you are :
At least 2 years of experience as a support engineer or in a similar roleIn-depth knowledge of MS SQL and Excel; Python knowledge is an advantageB.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science is a plusHigh proficiency in English (spoken and written) – requiredAbility to work independently and in a self-learning environmentStrong analytical and technical skills with a "can-do" attitudeWillingness to work weekends and shiftsRetail experience is a plusFamiliarity with supply chain systems is a significant advantageExperience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plusAdditional Information
