The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments, including Network Operations, Engineering, IT, and Customer Support, to streamline network operations, improve performance, and reduce operational costs.
This role demands a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of telecommunications network infrastructure, and the ability to translate complex technical processes into actionable improvements.The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that process changes are effectively implemented, monitored, and continuously refined.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis : Evaluate existing network processes, workflows, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and inefficiencies.Data Collection & Analysis : Collect and analyze data to support decision-making.Process Documentation : Document network processes and operational standards, creating detailed process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).Benchmarking : Research and benchmark network processes against industry standards and competitors to identify best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with NTG, ISG, CXM, and other departments to gather insights, assess needs, and ensure cross-functional alignment on process improvements.Project Management : Lead or contribute to process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Continuous Improvement : Develop and implement initiatives to enhance network performance, efficiency, and reliability, monitoring success through KPIs and metrics.Technology & Tools : Recommend and implement technological solutions (automation, AI-driven analytics, etc.)
