Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$8,400.00 / yr - $9,600.00 / yrWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Implementation Specialist to lead individual real estate brokerages in implementation and onboarding of our suite of back office products tailored for their needs.

This role will focus on deploying our real estate commission and transaction management platform, as well as a platform designed to help brokers analyze market data and grow their business through strategic agent recruiting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back office processes in the real estate industry and be adept at managing multiple implementations simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesPrior to the project kickoff, assess the client's current business needs and workflows.

Make consultative recommendations on how they should use the BoldTrail BackOffice platform.Develop and manage a customized Implementation plan for each client.Assist clients with system configuration, handling complex scenarios directly.Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure the product is highly adopted.Communicate the project's implementation progress with internal stakeholders and the customer.De-escalate client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions.

Facilitate the resolution of all issues in order to retain the client.Partner with a team of Implementation Specialists to improve and scale internal processes.

Recommend adjustments to the client journey that will improve the client's overall experience and adoption of the BoldTrail BackOffice product suite.Additional projects and duties will also apply.
