  • You propose and sell add-on services to facilitate the sports activities

As a Workshop Technician, your responsibility will be to carry  out high-quality workshop services and product / service sales, you guarantee that your customers and users get long-lasting satisfaction, along with business and environmental performances

Your Responsibilities :

Take charge of your sports customers' equipment

  • Carry out a quick and high-quality diagnosis with your customer, either in-person or remotely
  • Complete a jobsheet or provide quote with the correct billing process : charged, guarantee, free

    • Repair, Maintain and personalize your Customers Sport Equipment

  • You are proficient in the repair and / or maintenance know-how, respecting operational procedures and deadlines (express service, etc.)
  • You are proficient in the use and maintenance of machines that you have been trained and authorized to use

    • You know what products and services suit your customer needs

  • Propose the correct package (product / service) for each type of sports user
  • Propose the other services associated with your sport / process
