Job Description As an AU Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for :
- Serving as the first point of contact for new student enquiries, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand student goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Manage and update lead information within the CRM system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Nurture warm leads through timely follow-ups and relationship building.
- Use a blended sales approach, including inbound and outbound communication, to maximize conversions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and handover.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales experience , with phone-based sales experience highly desirable.Experience working for an Australian Client / Business is required.Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong, persuasive phone presence.Proven ability to build rapport quickly and consult effectively.High motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets and earn strong commissions.Passion for education and a desire to help others improve their future.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing leads and CRM updates.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the education sector or familiarity with student enrolment processes.Previous work with CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.Background in customer service or a people-focused sales environment.Benefits
