JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Handle marketing related duties for the Japanese market.
- Building and maintaining client / affiliate relationships.
- Devising attractive programs to recruit new affiliate partners.
- Provide Japanese to English translation work for marketing content.
- Handling customer queries via all channels provided e.g. e-mails, live chat program, instant messaging programs, and phone calls.
- Focus on delivering exceptional Customer Service quality while handling the customer enquiries.
- Following up and complete daily tasks according to schedule plan.
- Cooperating with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
- Provide monthly reports on market performance.
- Must be well versed in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCIES :
Japanese : Native Level (Speaking and written Japanese)English : Business Level (Speaking and Written)Candidates with work experience in online gaming / marketing, and affiliate marketing will have an advantage and may be offered a higher package.
