Senior Project Engineer - Mechanical (Laguna)

Reports to Project Manager.Prepares plans and documents such as : Project ScheduleEquipment SpecificationBill of Material QuantitiesSub-contract Scope of Work / SupplyProgress Reports and BillingSupervises, instructs, and reviews the work of Project Engineer and Cad Operator in the preparation of : Building and installation permit application plans / drawings / documentsMechanical and electrical plans such as : Process and Instrument DiagramGeneral Arrangement DrawingTank, Structures Primary Piping Support plans / drawingsMechanical Installation plans / drawings such as Piping Route, Piping Isometric, Secondary Support, etc.Prepares final documents and monitors the progress of site installation.

Provides technical assistance to the site manager / supervisor in interpreting plans / drawings.

Liaises with customers, general contractors, government agencies, industrial park management, and other parties.Assists in site management / project supervision if necessary.

This is a full-time position.Skills And CompetenciesBachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputable universityPRC registered Engineer3-5 years of experience in design of industrial facilities and / or installation of mechanical equipment.

Experience in water or wastewater treatment design, installation, or operation is an advantageWorking knowledge in the application of various mechanical equipmentExperience in project or sub-contractor supervision / managementFamiliarity with water and wastewater treatment plant processesProficient in general engineering principlesWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficeAbility to handle multiple tasks often with competing deadlinesGood scholastic recordsWilling to work in Laguna Technopark and Project Sites
