Job descriptionDuties and Responsibilities Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, and access points; permitting entry. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers. Maintains perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that all people within the property environs have a genuine purpose to be there and are not loitering or are present for other reasons. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures. Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees, tenants, visitors, and contractors. Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control, and accident investigations. Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises. Job Qualifications Graduate of BS Criminology / BS Public Administration or any related course. At least 1- 2 years of recent and relevant experience in a similar role Preferred field and expertise in Law enforcement, Security, and Safety Skills with investigation, surveillance, CCTV Operation, Computers Proficient in Microsoft Office Application Job Types Full-time, Fresh graduate Salary Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month Benefits Health insurance
