Marketing Specialist

Job Description :

• Assist Media and PR on researching and documenting all campaign reports
• Ensure proper process flow and documentation of product seeding requirements
• Create template of influencers for submission to principal
• Oversee social media research and ensure all posts in various channels are documented on a daily basis of including but not limited to influencers(FB, IG, and Youtube) and media partners
• Monitor expenses c / o OPEX and policing overspending items
• Oversee media plan expenses and ensure compliance on documentation
• Oversee provision of DSVR (Delivery Service Vehicle Request) for events
• Supervise and handle all permits necessary for events
• Manage all interdepartmental communication and coordination for all marketing updates and process implementation
• Create and provide campaign asset videos to stores
• Oversee dissemination of all promotional activities with complete information and mechanics to all Store Heads

Job Qualification :

College graduate of Marketing or Hospitality Management

At least 1-2 years related experience

Effective oral and written communication skills

Analytical skills

Above Average interpersonal skills

Salary

Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
