You will be part of the Hosting Operations team designed to support businesses via 14x5 operations focused on delivering the high availability of IT services.

Services include System Administration, Server performance, configuration, monitoring, creation, data backup and recovery.In this role, you will work closely with technology suppliers and be responsible for cultivating relationships with internal partners and service customers.

Your primary objectives will involve implementing innovative solutions and fostering a culture of ongoing process enhancement.

As a regular employee on Day One, you'll have access to comprehensive healthcare benefits, ensuring your peace of mind with coverage for dependents, group life insurance, and robust well-being programs.Your responsibilities as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Hosting Operations) : Ensuring all infrastructure (on premise / in cloud) is continually and optimally available and operational, supporting global 14 x 5 services and digital commerce.Ensuring that systems are up to date, using automation at every possibly opportunity for systems upgrades, refreshes and configurationServe as the system steward for all server infrastructure (physical, virtual, and cloud-hosted), overseeing their full lifecycle including roadmaps, support and licensing, monitoring, availability, performance tuning, and documentation.Champion the delivery of infrastructure-related solutions for projects involving new or replacement technologies—this includes translating architectural designs into operational plans, supporting implementation planning and execution, and ensuring a seamless handover to day-to-day operations.Provide technical and business assessments of evolving cloud and virtualization solutions to support executive planning and technology adoption.Work alongside the Team Leader to manage, mentor, and optimize the performance of a technically proficient teamHelp ensure that best practice is applied and maintained in all aspects of supporting servicesOperate under agreed policies, processes and procedures, underpinned by ITIL best practicesWhat makes you the ideal candidate in this role?You would be a perfect fit for this role if you possess approximately three years of substantial hands-on experience in managing hosting services (Cloud, On Premise, Hybrid).

Moreover, you should be technically adept and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in two or more infrastructure specialties : Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.Solid experience with Windows Server (Wintel) and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) system administration.Hands-on experience with Virtualization Technology (VMware vSphere / ESXi and / or Microsoft Hyper-V).Experience designing cloud infrastructure architectures, including hybrid and multi-cloud solutionsExperience with Server Platform Services, Monitoring & Storage platform such as Cloudflare, Okta, Panzura and Site 24x7.Furthermore, having experience, knowledge, or expertise in the following areas would provide you with a competitive edge : IaC tools (Terraform and CloudFormation)Version control tools and platforms such as Git, GitHub or GitlabProject ManagementAlongside these technical skills, you should be open to and enjoy working in an agile environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds worldwide.
