• JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitors and ensures that 3rd and 5th month appraisals of probationary employees are released in a timely manner
• Monitors and ensures that all PCW and PBW employees have active contracts
• Follows-up his / her subordinates on the status of outstanding vacancies
• Reviews, checks, and verifies all reports and documents submitted by his / her subordinates prior to submission to his / her superior
• Attends negotiation and calibration meetings with manpower service providers
• Prepares annual budget for the recruitment section
• Checks, verifies, and reconciles discrepancies in billings submitted by manpower agencies and headhunters
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of BS in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any other related course
• Must have at least three (3) years of related experience in a supervisory capacity
• Must be proficient in communicating, both in oral and written English and Filipino
• Can relate effectively with all types of people in the organization and can demonstrate strong leadership ability
• Capable of teaching and training people
