Leasing Admin Specialist

Job Description : - Marketing of different properties (Commercial, Land Lease, Residential) - Prepares standard and customized lease proposals to prospective clients. - Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and lease agreements. - Facilitates lease documentation and negotiations. - Coordinate charges with tenants / occupants. - Coordinate and execute ocular inspections. - Ensure proper Client services to Tenants. - Tenant relations like renewals, rent reviews, and other necessary probable transactions. - Adheres to the latest Leasing policies of the organization. Qualification : - Graduate of any business course or any other related courses. - At least a year of related work experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Team player and ability to multi-task - Professional in the manner of speaking, and in all aspects of business. - Keen in to details. - Excellent people skills.
