This key position is responsible for the overall performance and improvement in all aspects of the Human Resources and ensures the smooth day-to-day operations and support of the department.
This position oversees the implementation of all HR functions in the Company.
Hiring Target Achievement in a Timely Manner
a. Achieves 100% of assigned recruiting targets
Understands the key success metrics associated with hiring goals.
These include :
Cost per Hire (goals will vary by business unit).
New Hire First Day No Call No Show percentage : 95% Show-up rate.

Hiring timeline and time to fill open positions.
Meeting client hiring requirements.
Calibrates regularly with requisitioning / hiring managers to understand and anticipate recruiting needs to ensure appropriate applicant flow : a. Conducts job analysis for assigned manpower requisition if need be
Customer Service Excellence
Maintains & updates the employees' database
Maintains, updates & safe keeps 201 records of active and separated employees.
Does process / prepares / administers the following documents but not limited to :
Employment contracts and non-disclosure / non-compete agreements for all
employees.
Movement forms for employee transfers.

Certificate of employment and recognition certificates.
Company Identification card of employees & uniform distribution and
availability of stocks
Assists in the timekeeping processing and ensures completeness and timely
submission.
Submits periodic time and attendance, compensation and ad hoc reports.
Processes and reviews the daily time records of employees for payroll
computation.
c. Updates and monitors leave usage of all employees
Coordinating with Accounting-Payroll team on the following :
a. Validates the salary discrepancy claims filed by the employees and submits
adjustment report to Payroll.
Processes employee's clearance and accountability for C&B portion, indicates
unclaimed benefits / salary hold for payroll computation.
c. Ensures completeness and timely transmittal of government forms and loan
PAG-Ibig and BIR).
d. Enrolls the newly hired employees without Philhealth and Tax
Domestic / Overseas Travel Requirements, Cash Advances, Cash Liquidation Reports & etc.)
Must possess a BS / AB degree in Psychology, Human Resource
Management, Behavioral Science, Organization Development, and other
related courses.
With at least 5 years or more of relevant and related experience in general HR.
Keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and spoken communications skills.
