Hired candidates will have the following opportunities : Competitive salary based on relevant skills and work experience Learning and development opportunities Career development opportunities for high potential and top performing employees   QUALIFICATIONS : Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering   Must be willing to work at the Head Office in Bangkal, Makati City   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Quantifies estimates, structural, and finishing based on reference plans Prepares Bill of Quantities (BOQ) relative to standard phase code system Reads and interprets construction schedule for budget preparation Handles ongoing and Ready for Occupancy (RFO) projects Generates budget through quantity Verifies budget for other departments prior the awarding to subcontractors Performs estimation extraction Participates in learning sessions initiated by the management Presents quantity analysis to the immediate manager
