The Job

Job Overview :

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from booking to post-treatment care. Your role will involve handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing information about treatments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A background or understanding of the aesthetics industry (particularly Botox and fillers) is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Interaction :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide detailed information about our aesthetic treatments, including Botox and fillers, and answer any client questions with confidence and clarity.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Appointment Management :

  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using the booking system.
  • Send appointment confirmations and follow-up messages to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Problem Resolution :

  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy, working to resolve them effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.
  • Administrative Support :

  • Maintain accurate client records and update the system with relevant notes.
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and suggestions for improving service.
  • The Profile

    Qualifications and Skills :

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (preferably within the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry).
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Understanding of Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical treatments (preferred but not essential – training provided).
  • Proficient in using booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
