of years work experience : at least 7 years of experience as a licensed professional focusing on CSA worksPROJECT LOCATION : SIARGAO ISLANDAs a Construction Manager, your key responsibility will be to support the lead Project Manager / Construction Manager and Project Director in all phases of construction.

This is an active position requiring the ability to work in confined office quarters or hectic construction site conditions.The general responsibilities of a Construction Manager include documenting, planning, executing, controlling, and closing a project successfully.

These include, but are not limited to, the following tasks : Plan and schedule all construction activities from start to finish for the assigned project.Maintain the construction site in a presentable condition for customers and within AVAC standards.Schedule and supervise contractor activities according to AVAC job schedules and signed scopes of work.Provide regular feedback to the lead Project Manager / Construction Manager and Project Director regarding contractor timeliness and attention to detail.Communicate progress and completion dates to AVAC through scheduled reports.Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and management to ensure open communication and proactive issue resolution, fostering a quality-focused environment.Maintain and track all construction documents at the site for easy access by management and field staff.Conduct pre-construction meetings with clients and oversee construction, inspection, and scheduling using forms, plans, and procedures.Review and endorse start packages before beginning construction.Assist the client representative with outstanding requests, ensuring approval and timely completion.
