I. PURPOSEThe candidate will be hired as a Technology Engineer Energy Infra for Implementation and Support and shall be based in Davao.The candidate may be required to travel to various parts of the Philippines depending on the need to perform his / her duty as indicated.The candidate is expected to work between 8 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM based on the company's regular working hours but may be requested to extend beyond working hours if need be.II.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe candidate is expected to act as technical advisor for technical issues involving EV Charger, Solar PV, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) and related technologies.The candidate is expected to troubleshoot electrical equipment using diagrams.The candidate is expected to coordinate and escalate with Principal and sub-contractors for the issues of the electrical equipment until resolved.The candidate is expected to monitor work and check the quality of installation by sub-contractors for electrical systems in accordance with Principal Standards and pertinent codes.The candidate is expected to perform installation and positioning of EV Charger, Solar PV, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) and related technologies as well as Data Center Facilities related equipment.The candidate is expected to perform installation of Cable Trays / wire ways and panel boards and cable pulling of electrical and / or communication cables.The candidate is expected to effectively coordinate all the technical activities on assigned projects between TG-DCF Systems Engineer, Sub-Contractors, Project Manager, Principal, and clients.The candidate is expected to implement the plans and the schedule of engineering works accordingly.The candidate is expected to display a good level of technical expertise or experience and establish credibility with the customers.The candidate is expected to collaborate and work cohesively and effectively with the sales resource team, as well as within TG – Data Center Facilities.The candidate is expected to attend and participate in meeting requests and other technical related events.The candidate is expected to prepare As-Built documentation.The candidate is expected to prepare incident reports and / or RCA (Root Cause Analysis) which shall be provided to the client to explain to them how the issue was resolved and what the causes are.The candidate is expected to perform other tasks assigned by the management team.III.
QUALIFICATIONSA.
Minimum Education
Minimum Experience / TrainingHas experience in solar electrical installation, quantity survey / estimate.With background in solar facilities construction.Has background with data center facilities equipment is advantageous.Deep understanding of Laws, Executive Orders, and DOE Department Circulars involving Renewable Energy specifically for Solar PV which includes but is not limited to Renewable Energy Act of 2008 (RA9513), Energy Efficiency and Conversion Act (RA11285), EOs on Solar Rooftop and Self Consumption Applications.Knowledgeable in AutoCAD.Candidates with certifications from Data Center Facility Equipment, EV Charger, Solar PV, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) and related technologies manufacturers have an advantage.C.
