About the Job :

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Paralegal Assistant to support our client's legal team in advancing land acquisition initiatives and related legal processes. In this role, you will assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, verifying land titles, and managing legal files and databases. You will play a key role in supporting negotiations, land conversion, and dispute resolution, while ensuring compliance with land laws, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and timely documentation. Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
  • 2+ years as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably with experience in land acquisition, real estate, or property law
  • Strong understanding of property laws, land use regulations, zoning, and real estate transactions
  • Experience working with government agencies, landowners, and legal entities is preferred
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and databases
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to interpret legal documents and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal document management systems
