The Commis-Baker will work under close guidance of the Pastry Chef de Partie and will produce all kinds of breads, Danish pastries, sponge and pies. He / she will be competently involved in planning, organizing, and controlling the Bakery Section.
The ideal candidate should be able to ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the section by preparing sufficient quantity of bakery products for restaurants and banqueting and ensure that the bakery production is according to quality level and specifications.
The Commis-Baker must also have the ability to resolve problems, provide reference whenever required, administer duty roster of staff and train, develop, motivate and evaluate his / her subordinates.
