This position will work closely with internal teams and external counsel to safeguard the company's legal and business interests.As Employee Relations Manager, You Will…HR Compliance & AdvisoryEnsure the company complies with applicable Philippine labor laws and regulationsProvide guidance and support to the HR team in handling disciplinary / administrative casesStay updated on changes in legislation and provide advice on necessary actionsHR RepresentationRepresent the company during employee arbitration and litigation proceedingsWork with external counsel in handling employee legal / labor related casesRepresent the HR team in legal matters when requiredLitigation & Dispute ManagementManage & oversee employee legal disputes and ensure proper documentation are in place to support each caseMaintain an organized tracking mechanism for all legal cases from initial company notification to case resolutionWork closely with HRBP and internal stakeholders in reviewing and assessing employee casesReports ComplianceAdhere to required local government compliance submissions and any required Global HR reportsLiaison with authorities & external partnersMaintain relationships with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies and BPO industry associationsWork with external legal advisors for specialized legal mattersOther tasks which may be assigned from time to timeAs Employee Relations Manager, You Need…Bachelor of Law / Juris Doctor and a member of the Philippine BarAt least 1-2 years legal experience, preferably with exposure in handling DOLE / NLRC casesMust have excellent knowledge of Philippine labor lawsOpen to work on shifting schedulesWilling to travel on a regular basis to government agencies and / or different IntouchCX campuses, as neededExcellent oral and written communication skillsMust have good analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMust have the ability to work under pressurePossess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
