• The Medical City Ortigas is currently looking for SOCIAL WORKER : _
• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handles Divine Mercy Program
• Assists in the preparation of Divine Mercy fund raising projects and donation.
• Refers patients to DSWD for Social Case Study Report.
• Checks and validates Social Case Study Report, Certificate of Indigence and other supporting documents.
• Conducts ward visit to admitted patients of Divine Mercy.
• Handles Divine Mercy Out-Patient Clinic (OPD)
• Handles Liver Transplant Patients
• Refers patients to other financial institutions, e.g.

PCSO, DSWD, Senate, and or Congress, if needed

• Provides Social Work interventions to TMC patients if needed
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be a Licensed Social Worker
