Overview : Real Estate (Leasing of Buildings and Warehouses) URGENT HIRING : ACCOUNTANT Salary : Competitive; negotiable based on experience Schedule : Monday to Saturday, office-based Job Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and handle monthly closings Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and internal company policies Qualifications : Graduate of BS in Accountancy or a related course Preferably with experience in general accounting Knowledgeable in BIR processes and financial reporting Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively CPA license is an advantage but not required Apply Now – Immediate Hiring
