DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrepares an annual budget proposal to support the entire library operation for consideration and approval by the managementEngaged in local, regional, and international linkages and networking activitiesParticipate in inter-institutional activities, cooperative programs, as well as community service learningTo manage, maintain, and monitor uploaded and catalogue of materialsTo provide technical assistant to the library hubs and learning resources as well.Helps students and faculty locate materialsPrepares and disseminates overdue noticesCollects replacement costs for lost and damaged itemsShelves materials and makes sure items are maintained in the correct orderNotifies students when reserved books are availableSupervises and executes automated inventoryMonitors students while using the libraryHelps to maintain a friendly and helpful atmosphere for students and facultyKeeps the library organized, clean, neat, and welcoming to visitorsPrepares bulletin boards and displays on a regular basisAssists with special projects and programs.Execute such other task as may assigned by the EmployerQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Library Science or equivalentMust be a LICENSED LibrarianMaster's Degree in Library and Information ScienceComputer LiterateProficient in oral and written communicationCreative and PassionateExcellent in Microsoft officeMust be able to contribute ideas in a creative group atmosphereSalaryFrom Php18,000.00 per monthBenefitsAdditional leaveFree parkingPromotion to permanent employeeSchedule :
