Job description

As our Client Support Officer, your Resourcefulness, Attention to Details and Strong Organizational Skills will be an immense value as you work together with our lively and goal-driven team.

You are the first line of contact for all general inquiries and requests through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests, using the incident management and request fulfillment processes, in line with Service Desk objectives.

Ensure service and support are provided to customers at agreed levels and that high customer satisfaction levels are maintained.

Client Support & Communication

Act as the first point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests.

Monitoring service ticket progress and escalating tickets as required.

Perform customer follow-up to verify final resolution and determine satisfaction level.

Understand overall service desk objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member.

  • Communication with customers as required
  • keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
  • Work with the Operations Manager to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource to be resolved quickly and efficiently.

    Escalate service requests that require engineer level support

    Understand processes in Autotask (ITSM Tool) by completing assigned training materials

    Work effectively with the ITSM Tool (Autotask)

    Accurately completing timesheets

  • What youu0026'll bring in
  • Has 2 years relevant experience

    Excellent Verbal and Written English communication skills

    Experience in help desk / call centre / customer service

    ITIL knowledge / certification seen favourably

    Excellent Customer Service skills

    Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changes quickly

    Ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels

    Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude)

    Data entry and strong, accurate typing skills

    Strong Microsoft Office Skills
