Integration Analyst (US Shift)

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
• Continue to grow and build on knowledge about thepany's products, solutions, and related technologies.
• Serve as the business analyst / project manager for each client engagement. Manage project scope and timeline to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
• Act as the primary client point of contact. Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously.municate proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates.
• Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as required in client contracts.
• Support clients during client test activities. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to Production Support teams.
• Oversee or support transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
• Work with Senior team members to conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical documentation and support materials as needed for successful client implementation.
• Support and execute on operational readiness activities and modernization exercise for various DTCC solutions.
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
