Achieve monthly and yearly guaranteed sales volume
- Conduct sales management under the leadership of G.M, make the annual sales plan based on the company operation plan and send it to G.M for approval
- Detailed training program for sales staff and customers and put those programs into practice every year, keep records and assessment.
Execute the company's sales strategy
Assist Filipino Sales Rep in prospecting farms and distributors in their own territories.Maintain, follow up the old clients and promote and do services.
Client visits
Supervision, examination, management of all Filipino sales representatives.Assessment will be rendered and filed properly.
Preside over the monthly sales meeting, discuss the main work done last month and work plan next month.Make plan for next month, make sure sales work are done precisely.
