Handle General Trade & Modern Trade for Personal Care / Food & Snacks / Dairy / Beverages categories.
Adept at identifying and developing key clients for business excellence and accomplishment of targets.RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary and secondary target achievement of the areaMonthly Sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf lifeChannel ManagementCost ManagementMonth wise business forecasting, benchmarking the previous yearData & aligning with the Annual Operating PlanCompetition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrantsAllocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilitiesMentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales – business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basisTraining subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skillsQUALIFICATIONSAny graduate with Masters degree in Sales / Marketing preferredWork experience (8 – 12 years) within an established domestic or multinational sales organisation preferably within the FMCG industry with a major focus on Rural Channel, General Trade & Modern TradePossess Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilitiesPossess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skillsGood team handling skillsMulti-linguistic & an effective communicatorWilling and able to travel in assigned AreaRegional Sales Manager (Various Locations) : NCR, CALABARZON, Eastern and Western Visayas, Eastern and Western Mindanao
