It Leader (Managed Services)

Job Description

Our client is from the world of engineering, management, design, planning, project management and consultancy, with a shared services operation in the Philippines.

• Hold a Bachelor or master's degree in Information Technology
• A minimum of 10yrs of experience in commercial Information Technology covering business requirements, project management and / or consultancy
• Extensive experience in service delivery leadership role within a technology environment
• Solid understanding of technology services (including ITIL)
• Excellent people leadership ability with passion for coaching, mentoring and driving teams towards high performance, someone leads by example and inspires his / her staff, and has experience goal setting, coaching and performance managing
• Proven track record collaborating effectively with both internal and external teams and all key stakeholders (from the very bottom to the very top, 'c-level executives'), and experience driving stakeholders to deliver on committed outcomes
• Previous experience working in role that involved regular interaction with both regional and / or global internal stakeholders
• Previousexperience working in a fast paced, matrix reporting environment.
