This role requires staying on top of coordinating with various departments and senior leadership, ensuring recruitment strategies stay aligned with business goals.
The director will also oversee finalizing the request for proposal (RFP) and request for information (RFI) processes.The Responsibilities & DutiesServe as the primary point of contact for Business Development (BD) support related to recruitment.
Coordinate with various departments and senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals.Finalize the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) processes.
Ensure that all responses are comprehensive, competitive, and align with the organization's strategic objectives.Analyze and provide recommendations on pricing strategies to optimize hiring solutions.
Balance the considerations of hiring profiles, salary structures, and market trends to develop competitive pricing models.Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing recruitment process (BEST Recruitment) and capabilities to prospective clients.
Highlight unique offerings such as the Jeepney during sales visits to demonstrate the company's innovative approach to recruitment.Promote Teleperformance's BEST recruitment process and high-standard capabilities to potential clients.
Present effectively and customize presentations as needed.Leverage unique offerings like the TP Jeepney to highlight TP's innovative and transformative solutions suite.The QualificationsMinimum of 8-10 years in business development, recruitment, or related fields within the BPO industry.Proven ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to customize content as per audience requirements.Strong data analysis and reporting skills to create data-driven recommendations.Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.Experience in managing RFP and RFI processes.Ability to leverage unique offerings to promote innovative solutions.Pre-Employment ScreeningsBy TP policy, employment in this position will be contingent on your successful completion and passage of a comprehensive background check, including global sanctions and watch list screening.Important | Policy on Unsolicited Third-Party Candidate SubmissionsTP does not accept candidate submissions from unsolicited third parties, such as recruiters or head-hunters.
