Field Commercial Executive - Sales (Bauang)Join to apply for the Field Commercial Executive - Sales (Bauang) role at Philip Morris International.Job OverviewAs a Field Commercial Executive, you will be responsible for negotiating, selling, and distributing PMFTC products within your designated outlets to meet business targets.

You will execute commercial activities, build relationships with retail partners, and promote our brands through education and sampling, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate, sell, and distribute products to achieve sales targets.Implement commercial activities to meet KPIs such as volume, distribution, and collections.Understand retail profiles to tailor demand generation initiatives.Maintain excellent customer service and foster strong relationships with retail partners.Coordinate with team members to optimize promoter deployment and brand awareness.Educate consumers about product benefits and correct usage to build brand loyalty.Monitor cash collections and accounts receivable to prevent fraud and bad debts.Uphold integrity, ethics, and a positive work environment.Qualifications & SkillsHigh School diploma required; college degree preferred.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.Experience in field sales is an advantage.Relevant sales or marketing project experience.Comfortable riding a panel truck or L300 van.Work DetailsLocation : Bauang Sales Office, with field work in areas covered by Bauang Sales Office.Schedule : Mondays to Saturdays, flexible hours, starting as early as 4 : 30 AM.BenefitsGuaranteed 14th-month payHMO coverage for employee and dependentsPHP 10,000 annual medical reimbursementMonthly incentives up to PHP 20,000Retirement planLeave conversion optionsCompany ValuesWe promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a workplace where everyone can thrive and contribute to our vision of a smoke-free future.
