We are currently seeking FULL TIME NON VOICE CALL CENTER AGENTS who are dedicated and committed to join our Voice Assistant Solutions (V.A.S.)

team for a FULL TIME, permanent position in our company.

Our ideal Call Center Agent has / is...

  • Available to work FULL-TIME in our office on weekdays, Mondays through Fridays, 5 days per week, between 10 : 00 pm and 7 AM; weekends are off;
  • English spoken and comprehension
  • Call center and / or telephone, typing, coding experience is an asset;
  • Stable, with a minimum of 6 months of consecutive experience in any company;
  • Serious, dedicated, professional, engaged, seeking long term, full-time employment;
  • Strong typing skills (33 words / minute) with a high percentage of accuracy;
  • Advanced active listening skills and high attention to detail;
  • Flexible, self-motivating and able to multi-task;
  • Living in or close by Cebu (only local candidates are retained).
