- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls_
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction_
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication_
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools_
- Meet personal / customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas_
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution_
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents_
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies_
- Take the extra mile to engage customers_
- Job Qualifications
- Must be a College Graduate or Fresh College Graduate
- With or Without Call Center experience are welcome to apply
