Head Of Commercial Job - Igaming - Remote

A large iGaming PPC company is looking to hire a Commercial Director.

This is an exciting opportunity to join this leading online media and marketing business experiencing impressive growth, reporting to and working closely with the founder and CEO.

This role will suit those who are in positions that would include

• Head of Commercial, Commercial Manager, Head of Affiliates or Senior Affiliate Managers.
• Prospecting new profitable third party partnerships with iGaming operators and affiliate aggregators
• Negotiating new and existing agreements with operators and networks
• Organize and monitor the technical integration of the operators within the company's tracking systems (testing tracking links, liaising with the operators to set up the pixels / postbacks etc.)
• Monitor commercial performance of the agreements
• Support the product pipeline prioritization work from a commercial perspective
• Work closely with Finance, BI and management to ensure commercial targets are achieved
• Represent us at industry shows and events
• Review, approve and ensure the settlement of invoices
• 3+ years of iGaming (Sports betting / Casino) experience in a commercial role ideally from an Affiliate Aggregator or a bigger B2C brand
• Experience with affiliate tracking systems such as Netrefer, MyAffiliates, Cake or others
• Commercial contract negotiation experience
• Proactive self-starter who is also willing to get their hands dirty to drive performance gains
• Need to have solid Commercial contract negotiation experience
• Fast learner : learns quickly when facing new situations.

• Data driven decision making and curious to always dig deeper for better insight.
