Job Highlights :
Schedule : 6 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM Sydney time, with 1 hour unpaid break daily

Responsibilities
Procurement Support
Assist with requests for quotations (RFQs), contract tracking, and procurement-related documentation.
Logistics and Inventory Coordination
Assist in preparing and managing documentation for incoming and outgoing goods, including freight and customs paperwork as needed.
Internal Helpdesk Support
Monitor procurement and logistics helpdesk requests from services and internal departments.
Provide timely responses and updates to queries, escalating where necessary to ensure swift resolution.
Administration and Compliance
Ensure compliance with all procurement and logistics policies and procedures.
Key Relationships
External : Suppliers, freight providers, couriers, customs agents.
Requirements

Strong interest in procurement, logistics, or business operations.
Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Willingness to learn and work with procurement systems (e.g., Odoo or similar ERP platforms).
Proactive mindset — takes initiative, follows up diligently, and focuses on solutions.
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
