Maintain the general ledger for properties

Record accruals for Property Taxes and Insurance

Prepare expense reports using Concur

Assist with AP- recording and coding of invoices to correct properties and GL accounts using Tipalti

Reviewing / recording bank activity

Bank reconciliations

Monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts

Download monthly financial statements and reports, high level review for accuracy

Import budgets

Qualifications And Requirements

• Knowledge of NetSuite and Tipalti a plus
• Must have US Accounting experience
