Job description8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday 13th month salary Overtime pay Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Education Bachelor's (required) Experience Building Maintenance : 2 years (required)
Checks the condition of buildings and ground facilities and report to the immediate Superior areas for repair, remodeling, or disposal.
- Monitors performance of third-party service providers in the execution of contracted works (housekeeping, electrical / plumbing / air conditioning repairs, etc.)
- Maintains accurate records of inventory transactions through correct entry of articles received and issued such that inventory list matches with actual inventory count.
- Performs basic or minor maintenance activities.
- Receive, release and record office supplies and equipment.
