DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Collect and distribute mail
- Write and edit documents form letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Maintains up-to-date records, which includes files, contacts list and database entries
- Participates in event planning as required
- Encodes receipts (for reimbursement / liquidation)
- Knows about TAX computation.
