Job Description
Responsible for responding to queries accurately and in a timely manner while ensuring alignment with relevant work instructions and process guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Process queries raised by external vendors and internal customers
- Respond to queries accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate answers or services for all tickets
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues in a polite and helpful manner
- Ensure both verbal and written communication is efficient and effective
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration is preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsStrongly conversant in English, both oral and writtenAbility to adapt to the needs of diverse range of cultures and business disciplinesDiligently follows the standard processHighly accountable to own tasks and deliverablesSelf-motivated, proactive, and improvement drivenGood time management and ability to work under tight deadlinesMust be familiar with Concur, Ariba, and SAPKey Competences
