Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadline

• Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans
• Prepare and submit progress and cost tracking reports
• Direct activities concerned with the construction structures, facilities, and systems
• Take actions to discuss and resolve causes of delays, bad weather, or emergencies, work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
• Oversee the completion of the project based on approved time, budget and quality
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned to him from time to time.
