Logistic Manager

Position Summary :

The Logistics Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all logistics operations, including inventory control, warehousing, distribution, and transportation.

The role ensures the efficient and safe movement of raw materials and finished goods while complying with food safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and manage logistics operations including inbound and outbound deliveries

Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to production and finished goods to customers

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams

Oversee warehousing practices to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and food safety compliance

Manage supplier and transporter relationships and negotiate contracts

Optimize transportation routes and costs while ensuring timely deliveries

Ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP) and government regulations

Lead and supervise logistics staff and conduct performance evaluations

Prepare and analyze logistics reports and KPIs for continuous improvement

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field

At least 3-5 years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in food manufacturing

Strong knowledge of inventory systems, warehousing practices, and transport operations

Familiar with food safety standards and cold chain management (if applicable)

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill

Proficient in MS Office and logistics software
