  • Administrative Operations Junior Manager - Baguio City
  • will lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Administration activities for Aumni PH's Baguio Office.

  • providing key oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of all 4 key administration arms of Aumni Philippines - Baguio (
  • Finance, IT & Security, HR&A, Talent
  • and all internal administrative processes related to internal policy enforcement, legal compliance, compensation & benefits, training & development, and talent acquisition & employee retention; alongside oversee other key administrative functions for the Baguio office.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of all administrative policies of Aumni's PH office
  • Oversee and manage Aumni PH's overall HR&A function; ranging from employee / employer inquiries and requests, to internal and external back-end office documentation
  • Investigate employee relation issues and work with senior management in employee relations affairs administration and resolution
  • Oversee labor engagement activities and manage the new hire orientation and employee exit process
  • Monitor & ensure proper implementation and proper documentation of Aumni PH employees' compensation and benefits
  • Oversee a variety of logístical functions and other back-office administrative coordination-related functions under direct supervision from Aumni PH's senior management.
  • Technical assistance and process improvement to Aumni PH's Talent Acquisition team, including conducting interviews and applicant assessments
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • College graduate (Business Administration, HRDM, Operations Management, Office Administration-related college graduates preferred)
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant HR operational management or office administration experience
  • Excellent english communication | comprehension | interpersonal skills
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and policies a plus
  • Unparalleled attention to detail
  • Good data entry and time management skills
  • Great analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Conversant in financial / legal terminologies and concepts a plus
