Urgent : Delivery Man

In charge of deliveries, assisting in loading products to the delivery vehicle, collecting payment and issuance of collection receipt during delivery, assisting stocks replenishment, and endorsing all documents used during delivery.

• JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients in a safe and timely manner.
• Reviewing orders during delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct from physical vs invoice and let the customer sign the docs before leaving.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering queries, handling complaints from customers during delivery and relay it immediately to CSR and Sales Persons in charge.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicle.
• Accepting payments for delivered items and issue CR / OR according to invoices.
• Preparing & endorsing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Waybill details, CR, Signed Invoices).

• Assisting in unloading during stocks replenishment.
• Attention to details of all items particularly for bus freight transactions to avoid wrong destinations.

Ability to commute / relocate :

• Baguio City, Benguet : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
• Experience
• Delivery Driver : 1 year (preferred)

License / Certification :

• PDL (preferred)
