Job descriptionResponsible in transcribing and transmission to all concerned the Minutes of the meeting with service contractors including filing of such to respective folders to determine completeness of records. Responsible for all documentation necessary to complete 201 file. Close coordination with Promodisers, Concession Department, Manpower Provider and Store Management Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for end to end recruitment of Promodisers for all vacant stores.
- Works with other HR personnel for immediate deployment of the newly hired employee.Ensure that selectee / s are deployed timely by a responsible HR personnel.
- Processes pre-deployment requisites including endorsement to Timekeeping Division following the completion of other documents i.e.
bank enrollment form & other government forms.
Makes follow through for any pending activities to ensure proper and timely action.
